How to CTRL-ALT-DEL in VirtualBox WITH YOUR KEYBOARD under Mac OSX
Information on this is so poorly documented that most of the time folks just give up and use the top bar to go to Machine --> Insert Ctrl-Alt-Del.
To CTRL-ALT-DELETE in VirtualBox on the Mac you hit the Left Command key, the fn key and delete at the same time.
